I don't know calculus but i know logic.

I have no idea what lim would do but that would be if lim gpa then 0 times business engineering divided by total equals 1.

It basically means that as student GPAs approach zero, (the number of business students - the number of engineering students)/(the number of total students) approaches one.

So basically if an engineering student's GPA drops too far they go into business.
