Except that it's not because I sampled the colours directly from the cardinals uniforms.

Ofcourse it looks close. It's EXACT. Noone bothers to read the conversations first, nor do they care for the objective fact that its the same. They probably are thinking "But it LOOKS less red!"

Sometimes, when you save a picture the colors can differ a bit. And on different monitors might look different. No need to get upset.

Second time someones brought it up, ands fucking obvious that they are the same colours. Stupidity with very simple things is themost irritating kind of all.

-shrugs- It looks just a slight tinge less red to me.. but only a slight tinge. It's cos pixel art is so much less detailed than the real thing.

Actually it looks darker, and thats because I used a small sample base. I took some of the light tones, some of the mid tones, and some of the dark tones, so the variations tend to be very uniform, as opposed to the variations in the picture. For instance, the highlights came from the hat, so even tho I used it on the cloaks, its light than the real cloak highlights because the sample base used fewer, more contrasting colours. But regardless, the colours are directly sampled. The guys wear orange, not read.

I figured.. but it IS a reddish oreange.. kind of clay coloured, actually.. but let's not nitpick.

It's rather like a darker, more saturated terracotta, if you ask me..

I see one, possible, smile in that picture. One's making a scary face and the one in back is barely discernable with the enormous moustache.
