Nice find. Maybe I'll find time to burn up in the atmosphere...

You mean for the game or the Saturn V addon?

I have never played the Orbiter, but here's what the official site ( www.orbitersim.com ) has to say about the minimum requirements:

300 MHz PC or better (Pentium, Athlon, etc.)
128MB RAM or more
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
DirectX 7.0 or higher
DirectX compatible 3D graphics accelerator card with at least 16MB of video RAM (32MB or more recommended) and DXT texture compression support.
Approximately 60MB of free disk space for the minimum installation (additional high-resolution textures and addons will require more space).
DirectX compatible joystick (optional)

I have a joystick but only use it for shuttle missions. The RCS rockets are more easily controlled with the keypad in on-off motions rather than graduated like a joystick produces. (But for landing the shuttle on a runway, the joystick is easier) Since Apollo doesn't land on a runway anyway, I have the joystick controll off for orbiter. (I am a flightsim nut so I could use a yoke and rudder pedals too if I wanted :P ) the real Apollo had a small joystick system however it commanded the RCS rockets in an on or off fasion also. There was no graduated controll of the RCS except for fractions of full power.

you can now download the addon Apollo at this location:
