Okay some pictures from the building inspection of my new condo:

There was about 10items for the builders to fix, nothing big or unusual.

The condo is 50m squared and the cost is ~100.000usd with a fee of ~300usd/m

OMG ~£160 a month for a place like that?! Faram, I am totally jealous.

I live in the just-become-city of Preston in England, and I'm having the hardest time finding a place to live. Oh well.

Hahah! You live in Preston? You going to UoCL or are you not at uni yet or past it?

Going to Lancaster means I'm not far from home and can also meet mates in Preston easily as well.

And it's flat, I hate that word "condo".

Nope it is a "Bostadsrätt"

Someone here explained the difference to me.

A flat is a rented appartment but a condo I own or something like that, you get the idea
