Work time was about 120h but the bone system isnt completed yet. the toes for example dont have a seperate bone system.
For textureing i've got two persons who might help me. they have more experience with 2D software than me. otherwise i have to to texturing myself
More pics with including a scene are coming soon.
I used a (for me) complete new modelling technique, which worked quite well. the hole modelling process was never hard. it was so easy that it amazed me again and again.

the normal size of a queen should be something between 3.5 and 4 meters.
