I wonder if anyone's considered bringing a lawsuit against these people for creating conditions that could directly cause an epileptic seizure, without warning people of those conditions before hand.

I mean, I'm against frivolous lawsuits as a whole, but the epilepsy ones seem to have a track record of success, and the brightly flashing ads are just begging for it. In this case, I'd consider it two wrongs making a right.

It seems a fair few people in the US at least are forever cast into the pits of doom thanks to clever viruses using "Open me" as their titles in e-mails.

Excellent point. I'd like to know what the per capita OCD rates are from the last century up to present, because I get a sneaking suspicion that OCD rates are increasing... :roll:
