The Best Man was kind enough to post the pictures he took at his Angelfire site:

Thanks, Joe. But this one is my favorite:
Oh... did I mention that the Bride'sMaid did all three of the gowns? Isn't she a fantastic seamstress!!

You look like a young version of my friend's mother.
Congrats again. And why is Nitram not in a kilt?

From what I hear, it's have to be a calf length kilt just to be decent.

Below the knees, anyway, yes.

That's a cool dress. Were you going for a Renaissance look or something?

!!
You look simply stunning in that dress, sweetheart, with your hair falling around your face in tendrils too, and Martin looking so handsome in his tux! You two look very good together.

Thank you!
Oh, and Nitram had the box with his cufflinks, and I had the rings.

You guys make a fine couple.
I echo the praise about the dress, it was fantastic.
Looks like you couldn't have had better weather.
Again, heaps of congratulations and best wishes.

Hehehehe--it's a great quote. I hope that makes it into one of the photo albums or scrapbooks of the wedding!

Yes, we were, because that kind of high-waisted dress looks good on me
But it's a modern pattern from McCall's Bridal patterns. The FlowerGirl's dress is a variation of mine, also from a pattern.

Thanks, Hipper. It was sunny, 80*F, and the following week was just fantastic weather as well. It didn't rain until the following Saturday!

Damn, I'm offline for a day and that's the time the wedding pictures appear.
Congratilations to you again. The pictures look just great. So are the bride and the groom
Now .... when do we see honeymoon pictures?

Congratulations.
And once again I must express my amazement at how my mental image of someone was completely different from what they really look like.

So... were we prettier in your Mind's Eye?
My hair's actually longer than in the pictures, it's all up in a french twist under the veil, except for those little ringlets at my ears. And there was an entire can of hairspray holding the curls, twist, and ringlets in place. Took two washings to get all the junk out of my hair!

*eyes start shifting*
Well... uh... no, well... kinda.... ummm.... sorta... a little... yes.
Or, if you prefer the Tony Blair way of admitting things:
No. Never. Absolutely not! Not in a million years! Preposterous! Unbelievable! Completely untrue! Yes.
I tend to visualize people using their avatars (I have no idea why). Since you both had 8-bit avs, my imagination ran free.

Hehe, when I first went to the site the banner was "Catch the monkey"
Great pics, but I'm curious about something. Who's this?

I'm with YT30something on this-the WM/BM imagery was kinda unavoidable.
I'll comment on the pics when I can see them (f*!&ing dial-up...)
From what I can see, very nice dress, very pretty bride, and the husband 'll do, too.
Oh, and what did you need my maternal grandmother for???
(The grey-haired lady in the 5th pic from the top looks almost exactly like her
)

You should be used to that by now. Because one's mental image is ALWAYS different from how they actually look.
Congrats again, Tevar. Good pictures.

Probably. But this is only about the third time it's happened to me (I don't look at the "What do you look like" thread.
