attempt at Political Satire

My friend made this-with help from me. Note the multiple levels (ie, Stalin as a Barbarian, or Lenin as a Necromancer). Any suggestions on how it can be improved?

I get this message:
Not Found

Those aren't really multiple levels. It's more like just several applications of X=Y.

I'd say try to blend Stalin's hair better. I know you were going for the cartoonish look, but that's a bit too disjointing.
Also, the "By Stepan" in the corner looks drab, make it shinier

Bad photoshop. I mean blending-wise, as well as the premise.
No one is going to note the 'multiple levels', they're just going to say "Oh look, he put political figures heads on Diablo II characters. How not funny."

He absolutely refused to have his name done otherwise, in any font or colour.
