The entire Zahn trilogy comics are well-drawn; the attention to detail in Heir to the Empire is great too- you see Stormtroopers equipped with T-21s for example.

The Last Command comic was the best IMO, the people were drawn extremely well and the Noghri were the correct height. Loads of detail in that one too.
