Technically, but a black man that's been surgically altered so much that he no longer looks like a black man at all can hardly have any slurs based on appearance seriously be considered racist, can he? Because there's a long legacy of racist imagery comparing black people to apes. Well, humans aer apes anyway, just because MJ happened to be black doesn't mean he doesn't look like the female of a fictional ape species in popular culture, it could be done with a white person when one of those looks like a fictional or real ape too.
