This is actually a Gabooz-esque weapon. Its a little something that was a running joke for a long time on SB. Everytime a newbie showed up, people "poked" them with rather sharp objects. Gabooz even had a "poking tank".

Some of the images he used are in this thread on SB. Sadly, Gabooz is no longer with us, so this is my little way of a tribute.
