Hmmm Alternate thingies are always cool, in my opinion. Interesting to look at quite a bit.

I can imagine what kind of alternate universe where the site exists; it's the one when Mike Wong was never been born and SD.net was founded by some guy named Robert Scott Anderson... :P

If it was formed by RSA, then it wouldn't be StarDestroyer.net, but Enterprise.net, don't you think?

I don't think Red will like the implication that he would get chummy enough with RSA to help mod his board, AU be damned.

True dat. I just thought it was funny that it is supposed to infer that in this universe, eveyone's the same, just the power is distributed differently.

Obviously, this RI will have a goatee and wear more leather.

Wait, it says you're signed in at the bottom, so we should be seeing HoS, HAB, and whatever other hidden forums you have access to, shouldn't we? :?

I wouldn't complain if the ARSE forum moved from that reality into this one....

Silly Rogue, he has four browsers open to SD.net. For the browser he was taking screens of, he's clearly logged out (see first image in the PM status box). He's logged in according to the "Who's On" list because when that page was loaded, the server considered him online (there's lag involved in that, the server usually keeps you online for a few minutes beyond when you actually stop talking to it), most likely because of the other windows ;)

Though, I have to wonder, why so many individual windows open when using Firefox? One of the most salient points of the browser is the tabbing system. Perhaps this is an alternate universe where IE rule supreme in browser functionality, but was forced from the mainstream by a court ruling, causing Netscape to continue their bloated control of the market?

This truly is a disturbing world. I fear and loathe it. TO ARMS, MY BROTHERS, TO ARMS!
