Edit:Added some different colored ground so you'll see the Romulan ship.

Using green for both the ground and the enemy ship was a bad idea. Use shades that aren't so close; I can barely see it.

Those two ships just nearly missed each other! Bet there are a few on the port side of each looking out and saying Phew!

Still, pretty good. What is the Fed ship firing on to its right?

you still can´t see the romulan ship. the viewer sees green land and blue water and therefore associates green with land. esspecially becaues the green ship has organic shapes and is not completely visible. if it was completely visible we could see the symetry which we would not associate with land masses.

make it red or something.

It's an Earth ship and it's firing on a another romulan ship. And Where did they nearly miss each other?

To the Fed's left, is the Romulan ship. What is to the right?

Take a look at the distance between the Fed port nacelle, and the Romulan port nacelle. The distance is a little over one and a half the width of the nacelle.
