Optical illusion or photoshopped? Either way its freaking cool.

BTW that kind of why i never and will never go near the ocean.

Oh, come on. How could you possibly think that was NOT photoshopped?

Definately a photoshop, although at first, I thought the illusion was with the mast the picture was taken from.

I think they went a bit overboard on the size though.

I think that's one of the goals of the picture... With that guy lying there, we instinctively notice the height, and our brain immediately tries to measure the range from the photo-point to the man. It takes some time indeed for us to notice the shark, most likely after our brain coming to a conclusion about the photo...

Jesus, I noticed the shark first thing....

I said it's a goal of the picture. Doesn't mean it works 100% on everyone. It did work, however, with a majority of the posters, so my previous post stands correct

I noticed the shark immediately but what the hell is that in the top right corner? I thought it was someone "flipping the bird" but I am not so sure.

It's not an "optical illusion". It's a "barely noticeable image".

And the jaws are too big to make the shark a megalodon. So it's an incorrect photoshop.
