Anyone that has seen my GODAWFUL photoshopping attempts at a Starcrossed cover last year knows that this request makes sense. I'd love it if our more artistically inclinced members would take a little time in their day to whip up a sig banner (within the limits of the board rules of course) that would be a nice cover for Starcrossed. Hell, if you want a challenge you may even do one for some of the other fics if they're more to your liking. I just wanted a change for my sig pic and thought something like that would be more appropriate.

Perhaps we could even use this thread to show off the talent to the community. Thanks in advance for any help on this. The winner(s) will of course be given full credit when I choose the sig banners. (I might really like a few and randomally cycle between the banners)

Actually it sort of says everything in the small space allotted. You have the two main protagonists and Luke's red lightsaber. The only thing I would add and it might fuck up the simple title is either a stardestroyer or Enterprise silouette or transparent image of one behind the Starcrossed title letters but that might make it difficult to read the letters.

Yeah, make one for me. A picture of a large ass like goatse (but with a larger hole) and beside it put "Assmaster".

Well starting a new thread would be redundant. But then considering the content I'd doubt many would create one for me.

Can't you use a PHP script to randomize your sigs? Or is that just gaia? They adjusted the script to allow us to to that anyway.. >.>

Thanks I like the swirling, the interplay between Luke's blue and Kirk's yellow/green, to continue the theme you've established. I cleaned up the faces too. Photoshop is phun!


Galvatron - I was fiddling with your pic too, but my computer bit me in the ass and all is lost. I pinched a Falcon from here and a Defiant from here. I was going to add one on each side of the text. It was awesome, right up until the part where the bit bucket elves came....

Why don't you make it link to the cleaned starcrossed story on the off chance that some heathen hasn't read it yet?

I've been playing with another Kirk picture; the one I used looks kind of ruddy and pieces of the face mismatch. I've also incorporated Drew's modifications.
