It's a fantasy project, presently with too many alternative names. I'm working mainly on the languages and the history, but there were a few techniques I felt like trying, so...





Is this a good idea, or is something missing?

WOw. Very nice. And it feels like there ios something missing, between the two pics, but I can't place it.....

Don't know if you'd want to... it's quite a bit different from ours. Just for one, the day is 96 hours long.

Thx! Grateful for the input... maybe what you're seeing is the elements placed wrong, off-center, etc? Should I move the shooter or something?

I'm rather curious, Eleas... how did you create these images? Took a generic background and superimposed a figure on it with Photoshop?

Nono.....they seem to tell a story. But I can't place what's missing in between! Doesn't matter that they're vertical. Better that way, in fact, IMO.

Took a background off the internet, superimposed a silhouette (given same color as the shadow, NOT straight black), colored the edges to match the mistiness and the glow... the devil's in the details, but basically it was done the way you said, yes.

Fuck, if I didn't have this ASP project til tomorrow, I could work on the setting. The pics'd have to wait though, as I'd probably dive headlong into the languages... those're fun.
