Sounds italian, and although I don't know any italian, I'm pretty sure they're saying Voglio Vederti Danzare, which I guess means "I want to watch you dance" or "I'm going to watch you dance", and chances are that's also the title of the song.

Since it's some kind of techno-dance mix, the word "feat" is probably on the title too.

My guess is Italian as well, even though some of the vocals sound Swedish to me.
