I just "discovered" Glenn Gould..

Yeah, I'm about 50 years behind.. but I finally started listening to some of his recordings, starting withe Goldberg variations and wow
For the last hour instead of doing some badly needed last minute cramming for an exam, I've been listening to a stunning 51 minutes worth of piano and odd yet enjoyable humming.

Which Goldberg is that? The early 50s version or the '81 recording? I very much prefer the latter.

Hey, what's up, we have a music forum now. To AMP with this.
And if you're going to get into Bach, get a copy of Yo-Yo Ma performing the cello suites. Your ears will love you forever. I like the variations and all, but there's nothing better than those cello suites.
