1) This belong in the ART, Music and PHOTOS forum, not OT. Figure it out.
2) Learn how to INLINE pics that are too big.
3) You listed no rules for which people to adhere.
For those reasons, you are annoying me a lot right now.

from the pic it's fairly obvious it's a guy dressed up as a chick. nothing especially creepy or bizarre.

Ok, how about this. How about I lock this pitiful excuse for a competition, and if someone actually wants to host some kind of competition for creepy pictures, the people who post in that thread will, oh I don't know--post pictures of creepy stuff? Nifty idea, hmm? Yes, I thought so.
