The first one is impressive, as it looks as if it was done completely in-engine (or it's damn good photoshopping, either way). The second one however... not so much.

Nah, I think it's just a poor-quality texture on the model.

And character models have been adjusted with Garry's Mod. Its official forums have some good stuff posted by people.

For some reason, most poses done using Garry's Mod involve sexual intercourse





Garry's Mod can also be used on other objects than just character models
