....rocks your world.

I just saw the video for 'I walked with a Zombie' by Wednesday 13. It mixes footage from Night of the Living Dead with the band playing. Pretty damn cool. Plus I met them all when they played in Dublin and have to say they are cool in person as well. :D *gush*

'Männer sind Schweine' by Die Ärzte. Definitely. That may be quite definitely the coolest music video ever made.
Honorable mention to that Latham Christopher Reeves tribute video.

Megalomaniac by Incubus has a pretty tripped-out music video.

i'm going to show how old I really am and say the Guns n Roses Don't Cry, November Rain and Estranged trilogy. I was 15 and they blew my mind.

Pretty much any music video from Daft Punk's album Discovery. This is because I am a big Leiji Matsumoto fangeek, and adore the animation. Ooo, and Hoobastank's video for Remember Me.

"Take On Me" by AHA. One of the best music videos of all time.

I have to echo Crackpot with November Rain.

Also Nine Inch Nails' "Closer" was a mind trip.

Britney Spears "Toxic" video, if only for that gossamer catsuit she wears

Any of Massive Attacks filmclips.

Da Funk - Daft Punk. Spike Jonze at his best.

Pretty much any Aphex Twin.

And just for shit and giggles some of the EARLY hip-hop clips. Atomic Dog, I'm looking at you.

Beastie Boys: SABOTAGE!

Spike Jonze pwns j00!

anyone remember the MTV awards the year that video got nominated and lost and some lunatic pissed that Sabotage didn't win charged the stage ? He rambled on about how it's a conspiracy aganst Spike Jonze and how Spike Jonze was the one who came up with the Idea for Star Wars before security dragged him off. We later found out that it was Spike Jonze in disguise. That guy rocks.

Rammstein Ich Will and Amerika, I didn't like Rammstein at first, their appearance in XXX being my only exposure. But recently they've started dropping the 'shock rock' image and doing better. Amerika is a social commentary on american cultural myopia. Its also hillarious.

LQ but you'll still get the point.

And Papa Roach, Last Resort.

I've got to agree there, I completely didn't think about it until you mentioned it.

"Sledgehammer" by Peter Gabriel. Dancing eggs that hatch into dancing chickens, how much better does it get?

erm does the film version of "Quadrophenia" album count?

I grew up in the golden age of good music videos, and yet the Operas made by the previous generation still kick ass.

Hmm, to date my self even worse; I've always like Dire Straights 'Money for Nothing'. Early CGI animation, and I want my MTV back when they actually played fucking music.

Tom Petty's 'Don't come around here no more' was trippy. Alice as a cake, damn that's hot and weird at the same time.

Any video from TOOL. Also some Chemicals brothers videos are cool such as Let Forever Be and Star Guitar. The director of these videos is very imaginative.
