No, this actually happened. Caused quite a stir and it wasn't caught until the tape was reviewed, IIRC. I have no idea who was on Deko that day but it's funny as hell.

The lower third banner is premade blank. Text is either automated or typed in by the Deko operator; in this case, I'd say it was automated and went completely unnoticed.
