There is a certain bit of music that I've been hearing for ome time, and I desperately want to buy, but I don't know what it is. It appears briefly at the very start of this ytmnd thing.

It's the remix to "Requiem for a Dream" that was used in the trailers for LotR: TTT. The piece is called "Lux Aeterna" and is done (remixed?) by Clint Mansell. That's most likely how you know it.

Yes, I'm pretty sure they used it for the LotR: RotK trailers (at least one of them) as well, although I'm not sure in what other movie trailers it might have been used. Best of luck in finding it; it's a very cool piece of music, and I'm glad I could help.

While we're on this subject, can anyone identify the very last song used in that clip? I kinda like it.
