I like Vg cat's and CAD but they tend to have a high crap to laugh ratio.
Some of the comics on comic.com are nice but arent original enough to merit discussion on this thread.

Ah, another webcomic expo

My current comics folder contains:

Scary Go Round
Penny Arcade
InkTank (on near indefinite hiatus)
Little Gamers
Bunny
Two Lumps
VG Cats
Sexy Losers (So unbelievably not work safe, but one of the funniest comics I've seen)

Other notable things, not on the current read list:

When I Am King (Poster child for webcomics, this is how the web can change comics)
My New Fighting Technique is Unstoppable/Get Your War On

Has no one mentioned Something*Positive?! Definitely my favorite comic ever!

Other than that, here are some ones that haven't been mentioned:

Wapsi Square
Diesel Sweeties
Able and Baker
Queen of Wands (Now on repeats, sadly.)
Clan of the Cats
Tentacle Monsters and the Women who Love Them- One of my Favorites
Questionable Content- my second favorite, next to SP.

I read more too, but these are some of the best.

Toothpaste For Fucking Dinner

Davis RS Daily Drawings / The IC

I am insulted that no one mentioned Toothpaste For Dinner yet. And if they did, I am insulted because obviously they didn't do it prominently enough.

I like Nukees (not sure if it's still online), about Nuclear Engineering majors and their eccentiric friends.

And I have seen a Wh40k comic called Golden Throne out there.

Just because nobody's mentioned it and all my other titles are up, exploitation now is a fun read. Even though the comic itself is already over.

Questionable Content. I started reading it when a few different people told me that Faye reminded them of me. *points to location*
