Either use multiple fingers or mute the strings in between. Easiest way, if you're using a pick, is to use the pick for the 3 and use your middle, ring or pinky finger for the 0, whichever is most comfortable.
You can also strum it like so 3x5--- since the 0 is just the octave of the 3 and identical to the 5th fret on the D string. In which case I would use both my index finger and the tip of my ring finger to mute the A string while the fret the notes on the E and D strings.
