Yeah, I know we have these at least once a month.
Anyway, let me lead off with my WinXP desktop.
56k'ers beware, as the linked image is 890k.
It's a beautiful shot of the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial arch in Taipei that I got off of a usenet wallpaper group.

EDIT: BTW,
I HATE YOU ALL, you with your high-res screens and big desktop pics. While I run a comfortable 1280x1024 at home, here at work I'm suffering on a 1024x768 midget-sized laptop LCD. Which
really sucks when you actually try to do some programming work.

If anyone has some decent 1440x900 widescreen wallpapers, I'd appreciate posting them, as it's hard to find good ones for my laptop.

May I suggest browsing Deviant Art? It has some pretty large wallpapers with insane resolutions.
I also garuntee a fun time watching those awesome landscapes.

Danke, it's the one I nabbed off of here. I modified it for wallpaper use. Fortunately the graininess inherent in the original makes blowing it up less of a chore.
