iTunes says 2000. Although a couple of audiobooks may be making up the numbers for a few hundred of that. Not that much really, I'm sure there'll be board members with many many gigabytes of music around in fairly common occurrence.

With audiobooks I have 741.

Ah, ~1700?

Somewhere between 2500 and 3500. They are spread around every hard drive in various folders, so it's nigh impossible to get an exact figure. (Yeah, I'm lazy and unorganised person when it comes to my own computer :P)

Just under 900 in my music folder with another two dozen or so CD-rips awaiting a permanent home.

Pshaw, small-timers. My iTunes library is currently sitting at 4913 songs, at 18.72 gigs. Approximately 95% of those are legally owned, either downloaded from iTunes, free, or ripped from cds I own.

Now I just have to wait for someone with 10,000+ to come along and blow me out of the water.

Only 4127, which is about half what they were before "the great purge" from when my hard drive decided it was RAW instead of NTFS, a few weeks ago. Luckily, I backed most of them up, but i just can't be bothered copying them across again.

My Zen has at least 500. What? It's still a hard drive, albeit 'micro.' :P

7081 - Most of them obtained legally, the rest I got from the last time I had a LAN session with a mate of mine.

About 500, at last check. And I burned about 450 of them from CDs.

Take that, Recording label bastards. :P

11,000, all obtained from CD's I own. I have about 2-dozen new CD's I have not put on yet.

Oh around 100, easily...

Err... I don't suppose MIDI songs count?

311 in the correct folder. There are probably a few strays in other folders.

Of actual recorded songs and such, I'd wager I've got about 400-500, give or take, and not counting doubles, all of which plead the fifth.

Taking into account songs ripped from games, that puts the number up at least to 6,000.

I have about 1300 or so at the moment. Almost all ripped by my own fair hand. I used to have my entire CD collection ripped, over 200 albums worth. My HD then decided to die a week later and I never got the motivation to do that again.

2300 or thereabouts, stored on my PC and my 30Gb Creative Nomad.

Around 1200 or so at the moment. However that's largely due to my hard drive being pitifully small. On disc as backup I've got somewhere in the range of 30-40 gigs. (On my hdd, only around 5 gigs of music in comparison).
