I think the best part was when after the Imam has start going completely nuts the other guy grabs the mic and starts waving his hand in the air like he's at a rave or something, which really sealed the entire joke.

After much searching, I have finally ascertained the title and lyrics of the song. Ladies and gentlemen, I present...BALLA DA LI.
EDIT: In my search, I also learned that the iman who is hitting his head in the video is supposedly a Shia cleric in Iraq who was held in very high esteem. Apparently, he was assasinated in Iraq in 2003. True or not, I don't know, but that's what my search turned up.
