What do you sound like?

So, I just got a headset recently for my birthday, and naturally, I started playing around with it... I actually made up this little recording for another forum, but I got curious about the people here too. So, post audio clips of yourself here so that we may all mock you.

I couldn't identify the quote, but you sound a whole lot like Hugo Weaving.

Hello, Mr. Anderson...

A person's voice can be controlled for effect. I can sound like a radio announcer if I want to.

As Nub can attest, I do a pretty sweet Space Marine Chaplain. I should see about recording it.

*listens to Pick's audio file, hits the Demon Pick portion, scrambled for the volume control, and rubs his ear drums*

Wow, Demon Pick has truly sinister gain compared to her other voices... Cool stuff, Pick.

On topic, I actually do have audio recordings of my voice. Let me dig them up and I'll load them to my server. For my Audio class I made back in the day, I did a reading from the part of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy saga where Marvin confronts the Frogstar tank. You can all hear my very bad British accents.

I sound almost exactly like my father...

And the quote sounds like it might be from Fight Club, but I don't think it is.

At times I occasionally sound like Orson Welles...or Maurice LaMarche doing Brain (got teased for it in high school a few times), but more often then not, my voice is a little higher and with a bit of a drone-ish mid-range nasal quality.

It actually kind of sucks because my voice sounds way better in my head than it often does in reality.

I'd provide a recording, but I can't for the time being. Maybe in a few days...

A small collection of various recordings I've done, some edited for effect, most, however, are just me.

Nice job with the demon-bitch bit Pick :)

I sound remarably like a giraffe, communicating with my fellow drones in the infrasound range.

No, that's a horrible lie.

But I did enjoy Pick's contribution!

Pick sounds remarkably unlike what I expected her to.

However, since my usual conception of people is based off of their avatar for lack of a better way to visualize them, that's quite normal.

... Yeah, even you, Spanky. Sorry. <3 :(

:P

What I sound like, I do the intro and the high and low human sounds later on. I'd record something seperate, but I can't find my computer mic.
