I've had little ideas for YTMNDs, but i have no idea how to make animated GIFs. I was wondering if anybody knows some decent freeware that i can use to simply put some pictures together and get an animation.
Also, while i'm here i might as well ask how to turn mp3s into wavs.
What's a good GIF making program? (YTMND)

Robert Gilruth to Max Faget on the Apollo program: “Max, we’re going to go back there one day, and when we do, they’re going to find out how tough it is.”

Adobe imageready is specifically designed to make animated gifs.
To turn MP3s into anything, or any music format into any other music format, there is no better program than DB Poweramp. It can convert just about any music format into just about any other format, volume normalize, rename, change sound quality, do batch operations, and is fully plugin-expandable. The only downside is that the built-in Lame MP3 encoder is only free for 30 days, although the decoder remains free indefinitely. However, there is an alternative Blade MP3 encoder which is free, although I have not personally tested it. MP3, WAV, and CDA conversion is built in, but click on the "codec central" tab at the top of the page to get other encoders/decoders. Mine's personally loaded with a WMA, OGA, and AAC convertor since those are the only other audio formats I routinely encounter, but there are dozens of others. There is also a directshow filter decoder support plugin, so it will work with any directshow filter you have.

When two opposite points of view are expressed with equal intensity, the truth does not necessarily lie exactly halfway between them. It is possible for one side to be simply wrong.
