what program would i have to use to get screen shots from dvds, both for on hard drive movies and direct from the dvd?

I tried using that once but the damn application wouldn't even open.

BTW, I believe it's only for XP.

I use PowerDVD, it's got a screencap button.

I don't recall there was anything to actually install; just a stand-alone self-contained application.

I don't recall ever trying it on my computer, although I did once on Uts', and that's where it didn't work when attempting to open it.
