LoL Seriously, why would you want to suck your own dick, never got why some guys would want that. Breaking your neck and back and then getting cum and the taste of dick in your mouth isn't what I'd consider a pleasurable experience.

I can almost do it. The best i've ever gotten is lips touching the very tip. The main issue is not your ribs (thats a myth) but rather your backs flexibility. Its actually really easy to stretch appropriately. Spend 30 seconds a night pulling your head directly towards your dick until it just begins to hurt and in a week you should be considerably closer to sucking it. No danger involved.
