For the moms

As I said in the Mother's Day thread, I made my Mom a special dinner: Grilled Polenta and Crabcakes with Arugula and Shaved Parmegiano Reggiano, served with Sauteed Green Beans and Lemon Zest. For what it's worth, my Mom says it's delicious. So for all the Mom's on the board, here's a picture. Sorry, best I can do right now.

By the way, I don't normally get this "artsy" with my food. I like to muck about with flavors but I don't usually do this sort of plating. It's a special meal though so I thought I'd go a little bit above my normal habits.
