4 or 6. The first two are kinda blurry and damned if you don't look stoned in the first.

I suspect the good detective actually means #3 and #5, as there is no #6.

They have auto-focus now.
Seriously, auto-focus cameras are quite inexpensive, and easy to use.
Your eyes are almost closed in that one, and you look drunk.
This is the look of a guy who's trying way too hard to look cool.
This is the most natural-looking picture of the bunch by a long shot.

Some captions, if you will allow the conceit:
1: Guh? A camera pointed at ME??
2: I can be bothered to look from the TV toward the photographer for the purposes of this picture. But only barely.
3: SQUEEEEE!
4: Sup? Eh? Eh?
5: We are natural and friendly looking people! This is the best picture!
To put it explicitly: 5 is the best I think, 1 and 2 suffer both from blurriness and disaffection of the subject (if you're so calm why are there photographs happening?) and 3 and 4 look TOO affected. If 3 wasn't all squinty it would probably be better.
*since DW mentioned it, your cheeks are QUITE rosey in #3.
PS- I voted that 4 was the worst picture. If I were to form an opinion of someone based solely on one photograph and that was the one I was given, I'd think 'he' was probably a self important dope. A number of people seem to have voted for 5, possibly because they thought that the poll was for the best picture.

Alright thanks for your opinion guys. I was actually leaning against 5 because I didn't like how long my hair was since I wasn't able to get it cut in a long while. And yes, in pic 3 I had consumed very small amounts of alcohol but it was highly diluted bacardi I think mixed in with something like cranberry juice or something of that sort. People tell me that my chest becomes flushed for a while after drinking too.

Your hair doesn't look any shorter in any of the other pics so I don't see why you think that the 5th one was the worst. Darth Wong said it. You look like you're either trying too hard or you're drunk in the rest of 'em.
Pictures of people who are sober and having fun are much better than drunken pictures, you'll learn that as you grow older and become wiser
In conclusion...I think all of them suck aside from #5. You both look happy in that picture and it almost looks like you're a couple
