I added some LOTR and Mortal Kombat avatars to the avatar gallery (viewable by clicking on the "Show Gallery" button at the bottom of your Profile screen). The gallery hasn't been changed in a long time (a couple of years IIRC), and I thought it could use some additions because I was starting to see certain avatars over and over.

If anyone else has any avatars they'd like to see added to the gallery, let me know. I understand that not everyone can scan or capture the image they want to use for their avatars, and quite a few people do seem to use the gallery avatars instead of making up their own.

DVD screencap with PowerDVD. It took quite a while to find a screenshot of Frodo where he wasn't either screaming or looking really gay.

How about one where he's foaming at the mouth after being stuck by Shelob? I don't think there was a single Brokeback Mount Doom variant that didn't make fun of that!

Now that I think of it .... we could force such an avatar on trolls ...

Hey, if you took screencaps from Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, you could get like 80 more avatars.

A Klingon D7, a Connie, (first version and the refit), an Excelsior, and a Miranda - they'd all be nice little contributions in my opinion. The Romulan BoP and the Klingon BoP as well. And Spacedock.

The premise of my argument is that there are no less-gay pictures, and that even this "least gay" picture is remarkably gay. So, your hat is safe.

Several of those are at the top of my "would like to see" list, too, especially the D7.
