Very nice. Try toning down the motion blur. Also, keep in mind there's a bit of 'matte edge' around the lightbar and rear end of the cop car.
Otherwise, it's quite convincing!

Is the police car's image reversed for any particular reason? The license plate is backwards and sticks out in the first image (assuming you aren't trying to portray a right-hand drive vehicle). Otherwise, way cool.

The cop car is too sharp in the first image, and of course it's mirrored, but otherwise nice.

Then your image on the bike is reversed.
But that's not too objectionable I suppose.

The first picture, without the motion blur, is better.
Why? Because obviously, if the picture was taken with a shutter speed set so that the bike was frozen in motion, then the car would be frozen in motion as well.
Mirror image? Easily solved by flipping the liscense plate. The writing on the side is indecipherable enough that it doesn't matter.
A blur should be applied to the police car, but not a motion blur, just a regular one to properly represent depth of field.

What, you can't flip him too?
Send me the PSD and I'll do all the edits myself.
