Niice. Doesn't quite compare to the rainbows 'n' butterflies sketch, though, heh. This reminds me, how much more is there to the current time period before we get to the six-year skip? I guess I'm getting a little impatient to see the kids kick some ass.

Well, he's no Nozoma, but if I was a girl I think he'd be pretty good looking. No wonder Kesyl likes him! Who is hot, by the way.

Thanks, Alan Bolte and Ace! As far as the time skip, hmm... not really too long. I need to deal with Verdigris and Kesyl first, though, which is the main thing.

Masculinity saving roooollll!!
Just kidding
. Thank you very much! I'm almost tempted to do one of these anime-style portraits for everyone, but I doubt I'll make it through the run....

Look, it takes a man very secure in his heterosexuality to have sex with another man.

I think they're a nice way of showing off the characters and how colourful they can be. I mean, I like the more traditional (for lack of a better word) style that you use as it seems more characterful, but the anime-styled stuff is fun to look at.

Another nice thing is I can get one easily done between homework in an afternoon, so they aren't a major time commitment
.

Its good to see a pencil sketch of your's again. I really like the other styles as well, but there's something about your sketch work that's really engaging.

Kesyl is a pretty lass, though I pity her stylist.

Magnificent, as always. And that pencil sketch really communicates their personalities.

It's a bit jarring to see DC characters in such a realistic style, but they make the transition surprisingly well. Especially considering their morphology.

Knowing the context, that last one is quite the impressive scene. Who else but Hoquer would be merely incapacitated by being pierced through the neck and pinned to the ground by the spear of an invulnerable warlord?
The format is also befitting its mythic nature.

Nice kissing study, Pick (Certainly better than my sorry scrawls!)... only, if it's a study, why did you color it? You practicing your leet coloring skillz or something?

What can I say? We need
someone Good who isn't a fucking loser
.

It was built on color
. There's no sketch there, that was just straight watercolor tool. It's not usually how I work, but it's a nice change.
You know, for all I draw Hoquer (God, he's really, really fun to draw) I always put him in those goddamn shorts. He has a real outfit. He
does. It just covers up too much of his stripes, and stripes are
cool.
Damnit!

I just thought of something odd. Of all the words and names you've used or invented, I can't think of any that begin with o, p, or q.
And newest pic rocks. It's just a flesh wound!

Piln. Not that he's important or anything.

Hoquer's level of badass (and by extension, Edge's has to as well) went up. This is a scene that I want done, just for Hoquer's total masculinity.

Opterna (deceased Councilors), Piln (as Ford noted), and no Q's
.
Let's see about the whole alphabet! (
Major props if you remember who all these people are --especially since there's last names and first names both here.)
A is for Alder (Argus, Adrasteia, Avelia, Arshenhew, Ailokeu)
B is for Bemia (Beizan, Beoja, Biidojer)
C is for Caia (Caiterher, Cerba)
D is for Desunius (Drex, Darius, Delahour, Dea)
E is for Edge
F is for Fvier (Friedka)
G is for Gederhorai
H is for Hoquer
I is for Imatra
J is for Jhaxair (Jerrea)
K is for Kamina (Kesyl, Karlor, Kodis, Kolomodaris, Kiyodu)
L is for Linderhess
M is for Misideran (Muudra, Majjer)
N is for Nozoma (Nyanpeen)
O is for Opterna
P is for Piln
Q is for
OH NO!
R is for Ryvara (Raza)
S is for Shader (Sitka, Seitek, Selia, Sorloren)
T is for Tirne
U is for Umber (Uliem)
V is for Verdigris
W is for Winter
X is for
Oh SNAP! (Though Xelorenden is the Llanlleian capitol, of course)
Y is for Yyorler (Yaarelia)
Z is for Zixer (Zoriak, Zaa)
And newest pic rocks. It's just a flesh wound!
Thanks!

I want to write Zantim sooo badly
. It's probably my favorite section, since it
only deals with characters I really like.

I never thought I would be able to sketch a nude and handle the situation with any degree of maturity, but my drawing professor says you're much too busy to be preoccupied with any ambient sexual tension.
I prefer not to find out, one way or another.
