VOY: Warlord
One point that i am just going to make is the name of the Villian. Along with the season-3 trend of really direct names there are really direct villian names.

Re: VOY: Warlord
My favorite part of this episode is where Kes and the warlord engage in a mental duel, and the scene ends with
Cut to the warlord awakening, and she's kept him occupied for hours and he is TERRIFIED.Kes: "I won't stop until you're broken and helpless. There's nowhere you can go to get away from me. I'll be relentless, and merciless, just. Like. You."
Re: VOY: Warlord
It was an okay review but not the best. However, there was a great line in the comments, which I saw despite my usual stance against reading Youtube comments.
Someone said, "Jesus Chuck what the hell do you have against Janeway."
His reply: "Please, "Chuck" is fine, there's no need to refer to me as "Jesus Chuck". I'm pretty sure that man's leprosy would have cleared up even if I hadn't touched him."
I laughed.
EDIT: I think it's that usual "not much material you can really work with in a mediocre episode" thing. The best reviews come out of the best and worst episodes.

Re: VOY: Warlord
"Warlord" is a fairly solid character/action based episode and alongside "Before and After" my favourite episode centred around Kes, I think a final score of 7/10 is more appropriate for this episode rather than "Flashforward", which is more of a 5/10 rated episode (due to a couple of plotholes and it didn't stand a chance against DS9's "Trial and Tribble-ations").

'Secondly, I don't see why "income inequality" is a bad thing. Poverty is not an injustice. There is no such thing as causes for poverty, only causes for wealth. Poverty is not a wrong, but taking money from those who have it to equalize incomes is basically theft, which is wrong.' - Typical Randroid
