Has anyone heard of these guys? They appear to be doing some sort of fan series. They do have links in the video which presumably explain what they do, but for some reason firefox won't open them for me. However I did see one of their episodes. It seems fairly decent (even not taking into account that its a fan job).

Id that guy behind a Captain wearing a cardigan, or is it supposed to be some camo pattern?
Baltar: "I don't want to miss a moment of the last Battlestar's destruction!"
Centurion: "Sir, I really think you should look at the other Battlestar."
Baltar: "What are you babbling about other...it's impossible!"
Centurion: "No. It is a Battlestar."
Corrax Entry 7:17: So you walk eternally through the shadow realms, standing against evil where all others falter. May your thirst for retribution never quench, may the blood on your sword never dry, and may we never need you again.

Re: Star Trek phase 2
James Cawley's group have been making fanvids now for six years and presently have Gene Roddenberry's own son as an executive producer. They've gotten Trek guest actors (including Walter Koenig, George Takei, and Barbara Luna) to appear in various episodes of their series, Dorothy Fontana and David Gerrold are two of their writers, and they are proceeding to actually make the Phase II television series that got shelved in favour of The Motionless Picture. Still some rough edges here and there, but the project has much improved since the premier of "Come What May", their first venture. Cawley himself was an extra in the 2009 Star Trek feature film and Zachary Quinto's stunt double is the team's current Mr. Spock.
Paramount are fully aware of the project and are turning a blind eye to it so long as it remains a wholly non-profit operation.

Re: Star Trek phase 2
I saw one involving time travel and swarms of "Doomsday Machines" that was pretty awful.

Re: Star Trek phase 2
That was their second effort, "In Harm's Way", and decent enough for what it was at the time. It showed a marked degree of improvement over "Come What May" and they've kept on an upward learning curve with each production.
