Sorry that there is this much devicivness after me posting something that was more or less the consensus of us old dogs at the cons.
You know us, were the ones who actually opt for ren-faire garb because we can use it at Sci-fi, Ren-Faire, & RPG cons. The ones who when not trying to play dress up, are gathered around a table with lot's of card board chips, dice, calculators & rulers blasting the bejesus out of eachothers: Crusiers/Tanks/Mechs/Carrier Task forces/Uber souped up planes/starships / tolkienesq armies / mongol hoards / etc.
We are old, we are croticity, we hate real time ports of turn based board games (Glowers at Showdow of the Horned Rat, Spacehulk, & Starfleet command)
