The warrior/soldier dichotomy I'm not so worried about. Professional soldiers, at least American ones, are often styled, or style themselves, warriors.NecronLord wrote:It's worth noting that they are warriors, not soldiers.
Ignoring the implausibility, 1,000 TNG+ klingons are shrunk down to 3mm high and told to attack an ant nest. What happens?
The ant nest thing, though...
What species of ant? How many ants in the nest?
How good are endoskeletons and lungs for critters that small?
How well, if at all, do disruptors work when shrunk down to that size, especially against relatively massive layers of chitin?
How effective is a headbutt against something trying to snip your head off with the rough equivalent of the Jaws of Life (somebody's TM)?
Do the Klingons at least get one little BoP? Just a little palm-sized one, with little photon torpedoes the size of grains of rice?
Most importantly, how can Klingon warriors possibly live with doing battle with a bunch of women (or at least females)? Even if they're insects, soldier and worker ants are all females, albeit sterile ones.
