At first, I merely disliked Enterprise. The dislike grew and grew, and when it became apparent that Enterprise was partially responsible for the death of Firefly, that dislike grew into a raging hatred, and once I watched 'Maurader', marveling at the insane, agonizing stupidity, it let loose the floodgates.

I quit on that series after "Dear Doctor". Unless it becomes "The T'Pol and Hoshi Lesbian Debauchery Hour", I won't watch it again.

This just adds more credibility to the argument that analyzing anything in Star Trek is simply impossible due to lack of internal consistency.

"Dear Doctor" almost made me puke in it's hypocrisy.

It's sad that the majority of Trek fanfic writers pay far more attention to consistency with existing canon continuity than the fucking producers of the show.

Yeah, it's sad when the producers will say outright that they don't care about continuity.

Was he ever concerned about it in the first place?

Why don't they just cancel the fucking show and be done with it.

The only way I can see Enterprise ending properly is if the Krenim Timeship somehow comes along and erases it from history

Not even I care about big boobs that much, and I am still in high school and look at Playboy (notice I didn't say read.) I personally and getting tired of waiting for the Romulan War. This show makes no sense. it condricts the origional series by saying that it was the first long trem mission. This whole thing got fucked up the moment Mr. Roddenberry died. B&B didn't even wait for the coffin to be lowered to start to make hippie bullshit. I am sorry for just insulting hippies.

The early seasons of TNG were Roddenberry's specific creation. If you see 'hippie bullshit' there, blame him not B&B. Until Voyager, B&B simply continued within the guidelines that Roddenberry created.

Yes, but you must admit that they show lost some of it's spark when he died.

Roddy was cremated and his remains are in orbit as we type. Not joking.

Actually, only a small portion of his ashes were sent into orbit (along with those of a bunch of other people). I think they might have burned up by now.

And add to that...they think because a lesser species is already there and show signs of intelligence...they are obviously the true race instead of the superior one who have been helping the lesser race survival

I've said it before; I'll say it again: I should take over writing Enterprise. It would be difficult to pull it out of the sewer B&B have dragged it into... but I love a challenge.

The franchise of Star Trek has become excellent evidense that ghost do not exist. This is because if ghost did exist, Gene Roddenbury would have come back in spirit form by now and delievered a horrible death to B&B.

B&B are still alive; therefore there is no such thing as ghost.
The most basic assumption about the world is that it does not contradict itself.

While I might not have agreed with all of Roddenberry's views, he did a million times better at Trek than B&B. I am most sure he would role over in his grave (or space capsule, if ashes can roll over, that is ;)) if he knew what was going on with Trek.
