Geordie's VISOR+TOS Phaser II+Houdini mines from (Siege of AR 558) to make a tiiiiiny predator drone
That can vaporize buildings...
Attach Wesley's little hand held repulso/tractor beam and it can steal wallets too.

EMA: Emergency Military Assets. Combine Data's last transporter buffer log with industrial replicators. Its an insta-army.
Second-Chance: Critically injured on an away mission? No problem! Combine the EMH program with the Transporter Buffer and medical replicators. Hold the poor Redshirt in the buffer while the Doctor works as fast as a computer can to make the nessesary changes to the pattern. When the Redshirt reassembles on the transporter pad, all surgery is complete and any artificial parts are fully integrated.

Hope this doesn't count as necromancy yet. Anyway, here's an idea I just thought of:
Combine the transwarp beaming tech from the new film with the sun-destroying missiles from Generations (or the Borg nanoprobe weapon from Dark Frontier), to create one of the nastiest WMDs in the galaxy.
