Scariest moment on Star Trek?
By which I mean, what moments (if any) have you found to be scary
For me, it was in TNG, I don't recall the title of the ep, but they were all suffering sleep deprevation, and Crusher was in a makeshift morgue, surrounded by bodies wrapped in plastic. She turned away for a second, turned back, and all the bodies were sitting up... creepy.

That gets my vote, since I actually remember it. And yes, creepy as Phelps/Falwell presidential candidacy run.
In fact, pick any moment which portrays either 1) spooky space ghosts or 2) creepy space zombies. Chances are that'll scare the crap out of me.

Are you guys nuts? By far the scariest moment in all of Star Trek was seeing Janeway in her nightgown and hearing that Q wanted to have sex with her. I think my brain went into involuntary shutdown at that point, to avoid the horror.

I have to admit, Barclays half spider face had me reaching for the toilet paper, but by far the creepiest episode was the great TOS episode with the acid secreting Horta, The Devil in the Dark. I remember being genuinely chilled when I saw that as a kid, and it's still one of my favourite episodes of ANY Trek franchise.

When I was around 5 I was 1/2 asleep and there was the TNG episode where the Nosigans stab Picard on. It was really scary, esp. Q. Then they showed the one with the 'Casino Royale' and the astronaut who had been dead for a few hundred years was REALLY scary to me at that point.
After I saw those two episdodes of ST I had nightmares about them for a long time. I also got that from the skeletons of Owen and Beru in ep4. When I was a little kid, skeletons were super no good.

TNG Borg were pretty scary. Slow as B-movie zombies but damn near unstoppable. Really, really, not the kind of thing one would want to bump into in a dark alley, or anywhere else for that matter.
It's not my place in life to make people happy. Don't talk to me unless you're prepared to watch me slaughter cows you hold sacred. Don't talk to me unless you're prepared to have your basic assumptions challenged. If you want bunnies in light, talk to someone else.

When I was five years old, the first sight of the planet killer coming head-on at the Enterprise and the death of Commodore Decker was pretty creepy to me. But the only thing on TV that really frightened me at that age was on The Twilight Zone, when a screaming Lloyd Bochner is being shut up in a Kanamit spaceship in the episode "To Serve Man".
I have to second the nomination for the Salt Vampire from TOS.
For TNG I also agree with "Schisms" being very scary. That's the one where crew members were being snatched while sleeping and taken into another dimension where they were experimented on. This meant that they got shit for sleep but could only subconsciously remember something happening. Eventually the aliens started doing some really nasty shit like replacing one guys blood with some sort of liquid polymer.
The part where Riker finds out that his arm had recently been severed and reattached was cool.
I also thought the episode with the alien parasites that were controlling Star Fleet officers was pretty cool. Suprsisingly gross for TNG since they showed a slow motion disintegration at the end.
