Sorry if y question has been asked before: I Searched and didn't find anything...

ANYWAYS...

Now that Voyager is Back on Earth, what became of the former Maquis members who joined the crew?

You know, I've been wondering the samething myself. Technically, they should be pardoned, since they helped Voyager and such. But, by the same token, they were deemed terrorists and should just be arrested.

I'd probably do what the Empire would do and put them under arrest.

Should they be executed then pardoned?

There would probably be an investigation into Janeway's action to pardon them. Then their service record as part of the crew would be reviewed. In the end, they would probably be let go.

Technically, yes. But the Feds are probably too pussy to do it. :D

Guard: "We found this spy!"
*Supervillian switches to blade hand, and procedes to decapitate spy*
Supervillian: "Now take him to be tortured!" - Kentucy Fried Movie

It just reminded me of that bit, sorry. :)

No, pardon them, then execute them.

I would execute them. Then I would execute Seven of Nine for being a Borg agent. After that, I would execute Janeway by shooting her through a torpedo tube into the sun. Then I would blow up Voyager by using it for target practice.

Hey, this is a little off the topic but did anyone else see the episode where Species 8472 built a Star Fleet Earth simulator? I guess they did it because they were getting ready to invade Earth. Ok, anyway, Chakotay managed to blend into the 8472 population because they (8472) were posing as humans, complete with Star Fleet uniforms. Why did 8472 not notice Chakotay's wannabe-commander rank insignia? Did anyone else notice this? They even called him "commander" but he was not wearing a "real" insignia! Was this another Voyager screw up?
