Apparently, the Andorrians set up a settlement on a moon near Vulcan space. Without any proof the Vulcans said it was a military base and demanded they could inspect it. The Andorrians refused. So the Vulcans annexed it and forcably removed the Andorrians.

It's a good thing the US didn't use this strategy with Cuba!

This is another example of ENT's stupid, arogant Vulcans.

Didn't the Andorians do that with a Vulcan monestary?

I think the Andorians knew the Vulcans were using it to spy on them and went in to prove it to everyone (which they did). I think thats the only episode I've actually seen.

If they actually knew it, they wouldn't have gone back so many times before.

Well, they know that no one with any intelligence or memory watches the show anyways, so why waste money on writing new shit when they can just re-use old shit and no one will notice. Its more economical. :P

The simplest solution would've been for both sides to abandon the planet and maybe BDZ it inorder to render it uninhabitable.

Yup. They both suck. The Andorrians for going around invading and the Vulcans for being hypocritical bastards who spy from monestaries.
