My friend and I were discussing the amount of time travel that occurs in Stat Trek and no wonder they are so messed up.
Let see most likely missing some but.
1. Kirk travel several times to the past changing things, once when he met that agent from another world that had the shapshifting cat, once when he went through the time portal, and then of course ST4 when they leave the communicator and Phaser behind when Chekov gaught capture.
2. TNG there was at least one maybe more where they went back in time to rescuse data and stop the aliens from feeding on the town people.
3. DS9 two episodes that we could recall. One with Quark and one with Sisko.
4. Voy- that whole messed up one where their ship goes back to the 20th century.
5. And then there's of course Ent with the time agent jacking things up.
So did we miss any? No wonder ST has so many differnt universe which Warf kept traveling through.

Re: Star trek amount of time travel
Memory Alpha, the Star Trek wikia, has a hell of a list HERE. I'm not sure of the overall completeness and accuracy but there seems to be just under 50 episodes of Trek (not including TAS or movies) with some time travel element.
They are including relatively small events though, such as in The Naked Time (I forgot they travelled back in time three days at the end) and time loops in We'll Always Have Paris.

Holy crap more than we thought. THey list 53 granted some of them didn't affect earth but still no wonder ST is so messed up now.Masami von Weizegger wrote:Memory Alpha, the Star Trek wikia, has a hell of a list HERE. I worry about you, dragon.
So how do you establish more time travel = more messed up? What does messed up event mean? What is 'now' in star trek since it just got rebooted?
