I have heard about Diane Duane's Rihannsu novels, and wanted to know if they're any good.

Indeed. They are excellent. Just don't read the last one without reading the ones before since it's a direct continuation of the previous novel. In fact, it's best to read them in order.

The Rihannsu novels are definitely worth picking up. Duane's characterization of the TOS crew is spot-on and she gives the Romulans a degree of culture building that they never received on-screen.

And in this order!

My Enemy, My Ally
The Romulan Way
Swordhunt
Honor Blade
The Empty Chair

Swordhunt and Honor Blade are admittedly one novel split into two by penny-pinching accountants at Pocket Books.

Now READ.

....reminds me I need a new copy of Empty Chair, mine got ruined. :(
