...and got to wondering, WHERE ARE THE DAMN MINISKIRTS? Are B&B homos are something? If I'm gonna waste several thousand brain cells watching that crap, I should at least get to see some TOS era thigh!

It's Pre-Federation days, Archer and the others are essentially astronaughts.

......Um....no. Its been established that others from Earth have taken to the stars before. The only thing thats supposedly special about the Enterprise is that it can go Warp 4.5 I think, that harldy puts them in a place of the astronaughts of today. They certainly aren't goingboldlywhere no man has gone before, thats for sure.

Yup. It isn't boldly going to places Mayweather has gone before. It's supposed to be bodly going where no one has gone before.

Oh, and it looks like the uniforms are supposed to look pragmatic and utalitarian. So no miniskirts.

It's much simpler than what you people are saying. B & B are rewriting the history of Trek.

I think they replaced the mini-skirts for body wrapping clothing. Its just a different trend is all.

I saw a picture of the lady that plays Hoshi with her hair down. She is actually quite an attractive girl, Im not sure why they try to hide that.

Because T'Pol is supposed to be the hot woman instead of Hoshi

All hail the genius of B&B and their lack of understanding anything other than the Paramount Paycheck they get.

Actually, in "The Cage", which was the first TOS pilot, set some years before the TOS episodes with Cpt. Kirk, men and women had the same uniforms. The miniskirts seems to have been introduced in the 2260s for some unfathomable reason.

But, still, it would be nice with miniskirts on ENT....

The mini skirts were introduced for the same reason Jolene Blalock was cast as T'Pol.... for sex appeal, to get horny geeks to watch and dream of crewman Rand.

Actually, (according to TOS "history") they're supposed to be at war with the Romulans right about now. Where do you think the Neutral Zone came from?

On second thought, after creating the manish Admiral Janeway, I'm afraid that if B&B bring back the miniskirt, they will insist that whoever wear it not shave their legs.

Prehaps they will go too far and put the women in bikinis. That is the only way to save the character of T'Pol for me.

Think "Admiral Janeway guest stars", and then bring me back your opinion.

Screw bikinis! Bring Bill Theiss back from the dead (he designed the costumes for TOS and early TNG) and have him design some luscious outfits based on Theiss' Titillation Theory:

The degree of titillation is directly proportional to the degree by which the costume appears to be on the verge of falling off/apart at any moment.

They both would look better in leather and chains.
