A long time ago, I was extremely bored and had a lot of free time; so I started taking notes at random of trek episodes that showed up on WDCA 20...
Here are the points that stand out at me now from looking at my handwritten notes from long ago; I didn't keep note of where most of them were from, unfortunately:
Random
Cardassians use proximity sensors on doors in vital locations
A Federation Level 2 Security Alert puts armed security officers on every deck.
The holodeck needs authorization from two senior officers to disable safeties.
The Galaxy Class Hull Temperature limit is like 12,000 degrees C
There are weapon activated transporters -- you shoot something, and it beams up what you shot.
The Romulan Senate is not in session on the 3rd day of the Romulan Week.
One Salvo from a Galaxy Class can bring the shields of another Galaxy Class ship down to 72%.
Starfleet actually does keep track of people they don't like with leg anklets. If you tamper with it, security shows up. In the same episode, they can track unauthorized transports to their location in about 20~ seconds.
Jellicoe Episodes
Jellicoe changed the number of shifts on the E-D from 3 to 4 when he came on board.
Jellicoe changed the aft bridge stations from Science to Damage Control and Battle; and ordered them manned at all times.
Jellicoe ordered four battle drills, one for each shift.
Jellicoe transferred 1/3rd of the Engineering crew to security.
Biological Weapons are banned, even the Romulans abide by this.
Voyager Early 1st Season:
Plasma gas from blown EPS condits becomes toxic in minutes.
Voyager: Projections
The EMH is auto-activated during a shipwide red alert.
Warp Core Outer Shielding is made from Deuranium, and it can resist a sustained level 16 phaser burst.
Voyager: Heroes and Demons
Janeway says holodecks are an outgrowth of transporter technology.
Holograms have a matter containment field
Voy: Cathexis.
Tuvok uses a phaser on wide beam to stun everyone on the bridge at the same time.
